Default The Henry Rustad Engine.

It is safe to say that Henry Rustad was not an engine builder, but a sales agent for the engine in the attached 1914 ad. Can you identify the engine's manufacturer?

Fuller & Johnson. I can't tell what model, (I'm not that versed on the differant models).
