Default Titan SS igniter question

Would a igniter from a 1916-18 Titan side shaft 4-6 hp (casting H248) be the same as a Mogul 4hp 1917 side shaft ? thanks Scott

When I was at the Pagaent of steam show up in NY back in Aug. Gary Love was having trouble with the ign on a 4hp Titan SS .He took it out and I filed the points I thought to myself it looks similar to a SS mogul ign but its shorter. Might be close to an ign out of an 8-16 Mogul tractor. Rob

They are different. I have a 4 HP Mogul and a 4 HP Titan SS and while they are very similar, they aren't the same.
