Default Zolfo Springs Show 2013

Who will be at the Zolfo show next week? I'll be in the usual spot (#6) but not with the 16 HP Galloway. This year I'll have a 1923 Hercules drag saw and a 3,000 lb. popular log! (At 750 lbs. a day I should finish the sawing early Sunday.) Pictures at noon on Friday and Saturday? The usual shade, chairs and drinks will be provided!

Dave, I enjoyed meeting you last year and seeing your stuff, that Galloway was impressive. I also enjoyed seeing the axed maytag!

Wish I could be there this year, but can't make it. Hope to see you next year.

Dave:

Glad to see that you're still with us and haven't been taken out by one of Dear Leader's minions.

See 'ya there!

I would like a mans address, when I was there, about 3 years ago, there was a man that was pretty much on what I think the NE corner of the sale area. Not the line back down along the road, but the corner of the field.Thinking West to be when you walk out of the registration building, and go into the field, then far right.
He use to have 2 Aermotors,I think he sold them, but he had a man at a sheet metal shop in Southern Fla. make the tin flute for his 2 1/2 hp . I need one,and would like some one to email me his address. If some one asked around, most people in the area knows who had the Aermotor's. I need a flute, and this guy I was told made an exact copy of one.thank you in advance.
I still may drive down, but am not too sure if I can afford the gas,at 9 mpg.

My dad and brother will be there again this year with the 6hp Ohio and a surprise. Just look for the big white enclosed trailer by the tractors. Wish I could go this year, but my wife and I just had our first child and are in the process of moving to Florida. Have a great show.

There are some tractors, no prairie tractors. No steam, either.

It's a good show, especially if you're close. Lotsa fleas.

Of course, seeing the Hoyt-Clagwell 30/60 would make the trip worth the trip!

Good grief, I just realized why the log saw didn't run. Remind me to take off the plastic and connect the wire to the spark plug. Perhaps tomorrow I will be able to cut some wood!

I won't go on Wednesday again. I drove 5 hours and 180 miles round trip to a show that was a little over half set up. I enjoyed what was there to see and bought a few small items. Next year I'll go on Friday, as I attend every year and didn't realize things are slow developing at Pioneer Park.

Can you post any pictures of my dads spot (Dave Young). He has the fancy Alamo. I wish I could be there to see it for myself, but my wife and I just had our first child and I am stuck in Ohio. Thanks.

John, Thanks for taking time out of your day to take that picture for me. This is actually the first time I have seen that engine finished. Hopefully next year I will be there.

Hey Dave, I didn't relise that the cost of gas was as high as you have to resort to these type of measures. See ya at Baraboo. Craig
