Photo Novo Trash Pump

Saved this one from the scrap dealer last weekend. Diaphragm is about 14" across. Other than being a trash pump I don't know much about it but looks like it has some potential. Anyone have any idea how much horsepower it would take to run it? Any information always appreciated.
