Default Wendel's book new edition?

About 4 years ago I bought a Wendel's engine book at an engine show that has a red cover. When my fellow club members took notice because all their books were yellow covered, I thought that it's still the same book? The inside cover say's this edition published 1994. Originally published in 1983. Anyone else have this edition or is it the same book?

It has to be the same book, but an early "Big Yellow Bible" signed by "Chuck" himself is of course more valuable for an engine man.

The yellow book (aka BYB) is the original version of the book. The red book (aka BRB) is the same as the yellow book, except the quality of the pictures is somewhat less as I've been told that the red book is a photocopy of the yellow book. Apparently when they decided to do another printing of the yellow book they found they no longer had the master pages, so had to make a copy.

The soft cover version that is currently being sold is also the same as far as I know, except it is not a hard cover book like the BYB/BRB.
