oil city carb adjustment

Default oil city carb adjustment

I have an oilcity boiler works engine that I am restoring. It has a south penn conversion . I need to know what the spring tension should be and the max. travel of the big valve in the carberator/mixer thats underneath the engine. thanks, bill
