Default Low Idle Competition 2011 - Official Rules

Hi Everyone,
So the Low Idle Competition for 2011 has kicked off!
Between this thread, and the other poll thread we will manage comments. Here are the details again.

Original Poll Thread and Discussion found here:
http://www.smokstak.com/forum/showthread.php?t=91566

OFFICIAL 2011 Low Engine Idle Competition Rules

Excited to see all the entries!!!

Submission Time
Time to submit videos after official competition start
3+ weeks to submit videos -Start submitting now
June 24th, 2011, until July 17th, 2011

Size of Engine
600CC or smaller
8HP or smaller
Since CC's and HP are measured very differently based on the setup, just post the details of what your engine is.

Age of Engine
Older than 1975 preferred, but all engines will be considered.

Separate 2 Stoke and 4 Stroke Competition
Since there are plenty of 2 and 4 stokers that like to get down low, figured it would be fair to allow both to compete, but we will separate them.

Cylinders
Single Cylinder Preferred

Low Idle Run Time Minimum
10 Second Hold minimum

Cold or Hot?
Cold or Hot Start OK

Hooked up to equipment or not?
Since some people have engines that can't be removed, submit engines attached to equipment, and not attached. We can then all decide as a group if we should separate them into mini categories.

Multiple Entries allowed

Where to post? YouTube
I have posted my first entry video. You can Respond to this video, or, post your video in this thread.

Hello All,
Here are the official 5 entries to the 2011 competition. If these entries motivate you and you have an engine you want to have considered, please still submit your entry even though the due date has come and gone.

Note that 3 entries are (4 cycle) engines not connected to anything, 1 is a (2 cycle), and 1 entry is attached to a an accessory. Since these all vary a bit and change up the odds, the 3 (4 cycle) engines are the closest to compare, but give your input based on all factors.

That's me with the old Clinton, it's from the early 50s most likely.
