Default Serial number plate for a 35 John Deere B

Where can I get a new brass serial number tag made for my John Deere b? The onei have is pretty scarred up and I would like to keep this tractor as original as possible. If I can find someone who can reproduce a tag that is brass and looks factory I will have my number stamped into it
Thanks
Johnny d

This is the only one they show, it's not brass, but may be as close as you can come...

I've had him make plates for me and his work is top notch.

On my early JD A and B tractors, the rivet is steel. Keep the old plate as with JD's the serial number plate is an important part of the value. I would suggest you attach it on the tractor like under the frame where the engine sits in the frame so there is no question as to the correct serial number and it will not get separated from the tractor or lost. Good luck

You say you want to keep it as original as possible; i would say leave the original tag on it, if it's intact & legible at all...I think your tractor is worth more that way, any repro tag is a step down, the correct police won't whine as much as they will about a 'fake" tag...Just sayin'...
