Default Smith Dozer

Just sharing a photo for you all. Picked up a old Wisconsin 2 cyl welder and buddy had this in his yard.

That is TD 9 or TD 14 IH tractor. The dozer is built by Smith.

Looks a bit like Baker lift arms.---wonder if same company made them? I had a 1934 AC model SO that had this style arms on it.

Is it possible that there was some connection between Bucyrus and Smith? I'm not familiar with the Smith badge. The thing looks like the ones we have here on our TD-9s They are both Bucyrus units equipped to angle the blade and do grader work as well, I can see the sub frame in the picture.

I can go back for more pics if you would like. Dozer is on the east coast of Canada. They said his dad bought it new and they were going to get it running. I imagine they would want a fortune for it as Onan generators have ridiculous prices up here.

I had a TD 14 with an Arrow angle dozer. It was cable lift and 12' wide. The tractor didn't have enough power for a 12' dozer.
