Default Spirit of 76 Cadet Lawnmowers

Is there a serial number list avalaible to be able to look at to determine if my 2 Spirit of 76 Cadets are 2 of the original 5000 or if they are copies that were made years ago?
I am fairly certain they are correct but if I were to get around to reworking them I don't want to do a copy as the dang decals were exspensive back years ago when I first got these 2.

I found this online.

"1975 28600 - 31287
1976 31288 - 32314
Total built 3504 "

Bring them to Boone also! I don't think one has ever been at the show.

I used 1 of mine as a butt buggy at Arden a few years. The other 1 was bought at the auction at Denton a few years ago.it has it's deck. The other 1 does not.Neither are restored, both look kinda ROUGH. I have a yellow machine of the same design that was given to me for the dash and hood since both the hoods on mine are damaged to some degree.

I don't know how to interpret these numbers.
Model 76
serial 0350001 U0030581 is the machine I had running with no deck.it was with it when I got it but it was rusted in 2 peices and so forth.

Model 76
Serial 0350010 U030890 is the 1 with the deck, motor took somewhat apart ,never tried to start it.

EDIT
I found this online, so it helps explain the weird number code compared to what you found above Mike.

The numbers after the "U" is the serial number. The numbers in front of the "U" are the model. There is a list somewhere, I just don't have it right off.
