Default Frick Slab Burner

Have a 1924, 8.5 x10, Frick Slab Burner. Was my grandfathers, has been under barn for approx. 50 years. Piston is free and has external rust but boiler and tubes seem sound. Have carbon copies of the boiler record and copies of engine record and manufactures' data report. Interested in selling it. Live in Ga. Would like to get feedback on it's value so that I can advertise it for sell. It is a portable engine.
