Default Help with American Bosch Mag

Hello, I've got an old Kohler power and light generator with an American bosch Mag Model MJH 4c B03201.
First question is can someone narrow down the year built? The engine its on is supposed to be 1922 but I think this mag is newer, am I right?
Next. I see a push button kill switch but this rig is supposed to shut down automatically so where would the kill switch wire be located?
I'm not very knowledgeable on these and haven't found much info on the interweb.
Thanks in advance for any help.

It is quite possible that over the years the magneto has been swapped over at a reconditioners shop to save on down time. So if it is the original 'style' magneto the auto stop system would have to be connected to the contact for the stop switch.
Hope someone else can really help you out with your question, I'm only offering a suggestion as to your enquiry.

You might want to post this question in the Kohler section. Look at the generator and see if there is an information tag, post the info from it too.
