Question 1937 Allis Chalmers WC Magneto Noise

After replacing the fiber gear in my magneto, the tractor starts and runs perfectly but there is a clattering noise in the mag that wasn't there before.

Doesn't seem like the noise is related to the new fiber gear, sounds metallic like the impulse coupler maybe.

Any ideas?

The impluse in the mag will impluse on some tractors when they run real slow, does yours impluse if you speed the engine up?

If it's not the impulse, is it possible the rotor is hitting the cap terminals?
