Default What the heck is it?

Ok was in the middle of knowhere today. Saw this and took a pic not a great pic can you help me find it ?? Is it rare old new? Thanks =John

My guess is someone welded whatever was handy together to make yard art.

I'll go back and get better pics. I'm pretty sure its not just yard art they had other old tractors and plows.
