Default Wisconsin cyl head

Whats the difference between an AB100-A and an AB100-B cylinder head. I need a head for my THD, mine is usable but pretty corroded and was wondering an AB100-A V4FD 4 cyl head would work. I'm sure it's just a compression thing because the cylinder blocks are interchangeable and the bore and stroke are the same.

Thanks Brownie
