Question Parts Washer Fluid?

Need to upgrade my cleaning process and am wondering what people are using for fluid/solvent in their parts washer?

Super Agitene from Grainger, I use it in a recirculating tank. Have had really good results. Extremely long tank life, several years with light use (scrape as much crud off as you can and use it for final clean only). I have used the biofriendly stuff but you need a heated tank for it to work good and it looses its potentcy in about 90 days if you use it alot, smells bad if you allow it to go unchanged

I like "purple power"... it's around $5 a gallon at walmart, and I cut it with 3 gallons of water.

mineral spirits.about a buck on sale.lasts for years.been using mine for 20 years with the occasional replenishment.its a 30 gal washer and have added about 10 gals. over the years.

BRAKE Parts Cleaner or Carb Cleaner works for me!

I use Kerosene with a pump pumping the fuild through a regular car oil filter of the Chrysler/Ford/Allis-Chalmers/ Toyota type. I have to change the oil filter every once in a while and all some kerosene every once in a while.
