What would it take to get the Koontz? I really desire to own an engine made in WV.

Thank you,

Rod ... any chance you could pick up a set if you are back there & I come down & get them from you ? I'd pay the top price for what I'm wanting ... no matter what you pay for them.

They need to be fairly straight & not bent up ... & a matched set. I want to make a porch swing out of them.
7' 2x4's ... ends bolted to the inside of the wheel rims ... across the bottom for the seating & right on up around for the back & on up top for a little roof. Hang from chains at the top of each wheel.
Thanks
~Glenn

Rod ... haven't heard any more from you on the rake wheels. I hope I'm not being annoying but I need to know whether to make plans to come down your way in the near future.
Call me if you'd like.

Rod that Allis WD in post #6 looks to be very fixable, I wish it were closer as I still have some parts as I had one a few years back. I wonder what it would take to save it? I should have kept mine. F.J.W.

I agree with FJ- the exhaust stack is even covered...

Rod- Figure out the cost to snag and drag it... and a place to stow it for a while, and I'll schedule myself through your area with a trailer.

FJ- I'll chip in some to help save it... if you make it into a runner, buy me out when 'ya can, and if not, my WD's got a transmission issue, it may need some parts.

Those tires look good! My Allis needs new rubber. Where is this yard? Not sure its worth the gas to run after them, but new rubber isn't cheap either.
