Default vintageMaytag wringer washer gear box parts

I am looking for a gear for 1927 maytag model 80 Part number is K 493. Also would like to get a crank for rack bar, K1474. K1474 is not as important as I have some that could possible repair it. Thanks for your help with this parts. Larry

I have a new K493 gear and K698 crank for rackbar drive. I don't know where you got the K1474 number, but the correct crank number to go with the k493 gear is K698. Late model 80's washers used different gearcase and gears, same as 90 series washers. Anyway if your old gear is embossed with K493, the crank for the rackbar should be K698. You are looking at $30.00 for the two parts plus shipping. They should go into a $6.80 USPS flat rate box. Let me know. If you need a parts breakdown on these parts or other parts let me know and I can send you one.
Bill
