Default Hoag Engine

I have a six HP Hoag engine # 332 does anyone have a way to date it? also is the name pronounced hog like the pig or does it sound like hoagie?

Sorry no idea but if you can't pronounce Hoag then don't even attempt Hvid
Nice engine type, i've always wanted one.

I pronounced it like hoagie. There is no way to date them by the serial number that I know of but is probably from the 1920's.
