Default Toro Snow Blower - no spark

Can anybody tell me if this has points or is it electronic ignition. I will post pictures.

Thats a 1995 machine so its not points ignition. If you need a coil the part # is 35135B.

You can test the coil by disconnecting the small shut off wire and checking for spark. It may be a short or bad key switch.
