Question Wisconsin ser AKA. mag, zenith carb help.

This is a rope start the kind you have to rap the rope on then pull.
How can I find out about this engine. I gust started the small engine hobby
with my sons and need your help. p.s I did restore a 1936 L model case tractor with a 404cid 4cylinder and it is a hand crank only.
