Try this for the Associated and United, not sure where to find New Way info.

From your number 102635 I would say your United is a 1 3/4 hp hopper cooled engine. It is a very early engine in the Associated supplied Uniteds, and should be the 2 piece or "high" hopper. There are no dating charts I'm aware of, but the best information I have suggests that the Associated connection to United started in 1913. The 1 3/4 hp h/c block of numbers started at 100000. Yours is the 6th lowest reported number in the United Registry (out of about 35 reported). I'd guess it to be very late 1913 or more likely 1914. Understand, THIS IS ONLY A GUESS, based on the information in the Registry.

If you have a picture I'd like more information. Send me a message and I'll send back my email.
