Default Fairbanks Morse Z

I have a barn find Fairbanks engine , I think. It has a 3.5 inch bore and a 5 inch stroke, open crank case throttle governed. I have looked in Wendalls book under Fairbanks and it appears to be a Z model. Fairbanks seemed to list several engines under the Z model number with several variations. The serial number is 374868. The only thing missing seems to be the magneto, what should this engine have for a mag? I normally collect IHC engines and this came with a 3 HP M. See attached photos . Any Help from the fairbanks collectors would be appreciated. Thanks Allan Noyes
